Special Pricing is available for months of June, July, August & September only!
All booking reservations must be arranged via e-mail and confirmation returned to you approving the availability. Then full payment is made within 48 hours of that confirmation e-mail. Once package is paid for and confirmed - their will be no refunds, However, a one time exchange is available if there is a problem arising on your selected dates with a minimum of 30 day notice via e-mail. Must stay between months of June, July, August, and. October 1st all package rates will rise to high-season levels again. If you need to transfer your dates to a high-season month it is possible if the new dates are available but the credit applied will be for the $2,000.00 paid and any higher amount will be due at time of exchange.
